We only use sub-contractors ( Plumbers, Electricians, etc. ) that are also licensed & insured. This gives us peace of mind & we can pass that on to our customers.
Are Your Estimates Free?
We do provide basic free estimates. We have found that our customers liked the option of sending us the details of their project, and also a few pictures of the area they want the work done on. This method helps save the customer time and it can really help us get you a price sooner than waiting until our schedules match up. We send a detailed estimate and then if you are satisfied with the price, we come out and meet, take exact measurements, bring samples if possible, and discuss everything thoroughly.
Who Is Alfonsi Construction, LLC?
We are Dean & Suzanne Alfonsi- A husband and wife duo! We have been married for over 33 years & have 4 beautiful children. Dean has been licensed in Florida since 2009 and also holds his license in Michigan, since 1996. We moved from Michigan to Florida over 14 years ago and have enjoyed growing our business here and everything this beautiful state has to offer. We both care a great deal about fulfilling the highest expectations for our customers, and hope that is apparent by the effort we put forth!

How Do You Handle Covid-19?
Rest assured that we take every precaution to keep our customers safe, as well as our employees! We will always wear a mask when working in your home & we ask that any sub-contractors we use also do the same. Our customers are not required to wear a mask in their home, but it is appreciated. If not, then we just ask that they follow Social Distancing standards. We want everyone to stay safe!
